Creating, naming, and saving workspaces

Creating a workspace

Every search creates a workspace automatically.

To create another, you simply click the + symbol beside the current workspace.

You can have a maximum of three workspaces at a time.

Naming a workspace

Click on the name of the workspace on the top left of your screen, and you'll get an option to rename the workspace.

We recommend choosing a name that corresponds with your search terms.

Saving a workspace

Click the floppy disk icon (also known as the save icon) to the right of your workspace and your search will be saved under the name of the workspace or the search terms.

To access your saved files click on the 3 stacked bars in the very top right-hand corner of the screen.
