We are excited to announce a new feature that enables users to highlight text and leave comments on various parts of the online report. This feature allows users to share their thoughts or feedback on specific parts of the report with others in the organization who have access to the report links.
Comments and highlights will be visible to others, making it easy to reference and navigate to the best parts of the report. We believe this feature will enhance collaboration and productivity within your organization.
NOTE: As per popular demand, comments and highlights will be visible to those who have not logged in yet, however log in will be required if you would like to leave comments and highlights yourself.
A few things to keep in mind:
- If you attempt to leave a comment or highlight while reading a custom report, you will be prompted to log in using your Lux-MotivBase credentials. After logging in, you will be returned to the same location to continue your highlighting. [See the GIF below.]
- You do not need to be logged in to see others’ highlights and comments. But you do need to be logged in to add highlights and comments.
How we recommend using this feature:
- Highlight portions of the report that are the most relevant to you, your projects, and your business.
- Leave comments that will help the future you - i.e. comments that will bring back the ideas and thoughts you first had when reading the report or when listening to the output during a delivery call.
- Share links to the live report instead of the PPT, especially within your team so colleagues can see your highlights and comments and you can draw their attention to what you believe is most pertinent to your project(s).
