After a brief is delivered, usually your customer success manager will contact you to ask any clarification questions and determine if a call is needed. After the call, if needed, you will receive a simple structure for the project via email, and you will be asked to respond back and confirm and approve the project.
Depending on which market your project is in, and the type of license you have, and of course the scope of the project, it can take anywhere from one to four weeks to complete. For details on your license, please contact your customer success lead.
Here's a typical outline of the length of projects depending on the markets being examined:
- US, Canada, UK: 1 week
- Mexico, Argentina, Brazil: 4 weeks
- EU: 3 weeks
- China, Japan: 4 weeks
- India: 3 weeks
