Our concierge is made up of our PhD level social scientists, who all have extensive experience leveraging MotivAI and Trends to help clients solve complex business problems.
On DIY searches, questions are usually responded to within the same business day. On such requests you can expect guidance either by email, or a quick phone call.
On custom report requests, our team will respond within one business day to get the project aligned and underway. Once kicked off, a project in the US or UK takes anywhere from 3-5 business days to complete (depending on complexity). This will be discussed during kickoff. The outcome is a report - which is presented to you and your team.
