The education categories reported by our Predictive Anthropology Platform are grouped based on the classifications established by the United States Census Bureau.

Low Education: Refers to individuals who have completed high school education or below. This category typically includes those who have received a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a General Educational Development (GED) certificate.

Technical Education: Refers to individuals who have some college education and have obtained an associate degree. An associate degree typically requires two years of full-time study and includes individuals who have completed vocational or technical programs that provide hands-on training in a specific trade or field.

Educated: Refers to individuals who have completed a Bachelor's degree (e.g. BA, BSc), which is typically a four-year program of full-time study at a college or university. Individuals in this category have received a broad education in a particular subject or field and have developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Highly Educated: Refers to individuals who have advanced degrees, including a Master's degree, a professional degree, or a Doctorate degree. These degrees typically require additional years of study beyond a Bachelor's degree and are awarded by colleges and universities. Individuals in this category have extensive knowledge and expertise in their field and may have pursued careers in academia, research, or highly specialized fields.
