Why does the same question give different results?

While asking the exact same question should give the same results, this is no longer the case once the data has updated.

All MotivAI analyses look at one year of consumer data, analyzing millions of data points in our vector database.

At the beginning of each month (usually, between the 2nd and 4th), the data rolls forward one month.

For example, if you search on January 31, 2024, MotivAI will analyze the data from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. In other words, the AI analyzed conversations that happened between those two dates.

If you ask the same question on February 4, 2024, MotivAI will now analyze the data from February 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024. This means one month (January 2023) from the previous analysis has been replaced with a new month worth of data (January 2024).

This change to the data will somewhat alter the results.
